Purchase of a spreadsheet, template or tool from MoneyUsage.com gives rights for one active user to use the file(s). As an owner of this license

  • You can make copies for your own use.
  • You can export sheets as PDF & share PDF with others
  • You can use the files in multiple computers of yours
  • You can edit the files as needed 

What you can’t do:

  • redistribute or sell the product as-is or as a template or in a tool or with source files;
  • bundle it with other items as a template or compilation;
  • redistribute or sell the item as-is or with modifications;
  • use in “on-demand,” “made to order,” and “build it yourself” applications;
  • claim trademark over the spreadsheet, template and tool.
  • The spreadsheets, templates and tools should not be shared with others
  • Copies should not be made by anyone other than license owner

8. Unauthorized Use

Customers shall not offer spreadsheets, templates and tools for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company

 9. Assignability

Customers shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer any products and services to any third-party without our company's prior written consent.

10. Ownership

You do not claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of MoneyUsage. Our products are provided `as is` without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Our company or its employees are not liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

11. Technical Support

According to the company`s Support Policy, we provide general support for our products and services for 12 (twelve) months after their purchase.  We can provide customization of our products for an additional fee.

12. Payments and Refunds

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, spreadsheets, templates, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal and Stripe. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a declined transaction or a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will automatically be billed upon placement of your order. If the order is cancelled by any means, a refund will be processed by the next business day.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.moneyusage.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a no refund policy. 

MoneyUsage reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

13. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. 

14. Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to our store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

15. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MoneyUsage Parties against all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including any reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting or arising from or relating to your use of or conduct on the Site, any activity related to your account by you or any other person, any material that you submit to, post on or transmit through the Site, your breach of this Agreement, your infringement or violation of any rights of another, or termination of your access to the Site.

17. Applicable Law; Jurisdiction; Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the State of New Jersey, USA and further agree that any cause of action arising from or relating to the use of this Site or this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the State of New Jersey, USA.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND MONEYUSAGE HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING OR LITIGATION BROUGHT AGAINST THE OTHER WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SITE. IN ADDITION, NEITHER YOU NOR THE MONEYUSAGE SHALL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS BY OR AGAINST OTHER SITE USERS, OR LITIGATE ANY CLAIM AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS ACTION OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
