Option 1: One-Time Support Request – $20

Perfect for occasional questions or assistance with a single issue.

Includes:

✔ Assistance with spreadsheet setup or usage

✔ Correction of minor user errors such as deleted formulas, broken references, overwritten cells, or similar issues

✔ Email and text support related to one support request

Option 2: Annual Support Plan – $50

Receive support for an entire year.

Includes:

✔ Unlimited questions regarding the spreadsheet you purchased

✔ Guidance on bookkeeping topics directly related to the spreadsheet

✔ Assistance with spreadsheet setup and usage

✔ Correction of minor user errors such as deleted formulas, broken references, overwritten cells, or similar issues

Support does not include custom spreadsheet development, major modifications, bookkeeping services, data entry services, or rebuilding spreadsheets that have been extensively altered.
