This license is intended for bookkeepers, accountants, consultants, property managers, agencies, virtual assistants, and other service providers using the spreadsheet(s) in a client-facing capacity.

1. License Overview

All spreadsheets, templates, and digital tools sold on this website are licensed, not sold.

A Professional Use License is required if you intend to use any product for client work or across multiple business entities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bookkeepers
• Accountants
• Consultants
• Property managers
• Virtual assistants
• Agencies
• Service providers using spreadsheets on behalf of clients or businesses

2. One-Time License Structure

The Professional Use License is a one-time payment based on usage capacity.

Standard License – $100

Includes permission to use the spreadsheet(s) for up to:

10 active client businesses

Additional Capacity Licensing

For every additional block of 10 active client businesses, an additional one-time fee of $100 is required.

3. Definition of “Active Client Business”

An “active client business” means any separate business entity for which the spreadsheet is actively used to provide services, reporting, bookkeeping, management, or analysis.

This includes:

• External client businesses
• Internal businesses owned or operated by the licensee

Each separate legal or operational business entity is counted individually.

4. Multi-Business Use Requirement

This license is required if you use the spreadsheet(s) across multiple businesses that you own, operate, or manage.

Each business entity counts toward your total active client business limit.

Example:

• 1 external client + 2 of your own businesses = 3 active client businesses
• 5 clients + 5 owned businesses = 10 active client businesses

If your total exceeds your licensed tier, you must upgrade to the appropriate license level.

5. Permitted Use

With a valid Professional Use License, you may:

• Use spreadsheets for client service delivery
• Customize spreadsheets for internal or client use
• Generate reports or outputs for clients
• Use spreadsheets across approved active client business limits

6. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any spreadsheet or template
• Share, publish, or upload files for public or third-party access
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original files
• Offer spreadsheets as standalone products or downloads
• Share a single license across unlimited businesses beyond the purchased tier

7. Intellectual Property

All spreadsheets, templates, structures, formulas, and designs remain the intellectual property of the creator.

Purchase of a license does not transfer ownership.

8. License Term

This is a one-time license fee, not a subscription.

However, the license is limited by the number of active client businesses at any time. If usage expands beyond the licensed tier, an additional license must be purchased.

9. Enforcement

Unauthorized use beyond the licensed limits, including exceeding active client business counts without proper licensing, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate termination of usage rights
• Legal enforcement where applicable
• Requirement to purchase appropriate licensing retroactively

10. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the website refund policy.
